Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Bella Vita Events, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair is flexible.

Cancellation Terms

1. Full Refund within 2 days: if you cancel within 2 days of booking your party, you’ll recieve a 100% refund.
2. Standard Cancellation: cancel prior to 30 days before party date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 30 days of party date: No refund

Rescheduling Policy

1. You may reschedule your event date if it is more than 60 days prior to the original party date.
2. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or letter)
3. We will work with you to find a mutually agreable new date.
